We are always adding stuff to the site to help our customers with their decisions and general questions. The most popular questions are below.

Shipping info

HID, LED, Headlights, Tail Lights, Fog Lights, 3rd Brake Lights
We ship every day from our facility in sunny City of Industry, CA. We are about an hour inland from the LAX airport (for you out-of-towners), and can usually ship order the same day if your order comes in before 2pm PST.

Once you have placed an order, you can login to our tracking system to see where your order is at. You can always email us for any further info you may need.

Warranty

Each part has its specific coverage listed on its page on the site and often its 30 days of return coverage with a year warranty but we find that these products will last you many years in normal environments with average usage. From time to time we see some that have been abused in rough off road racing environments and in those cases they will wear faster than normal but for most people they will last as long as you own your ride and if you ever have a problem take a picture and email it to me here with a description of what is happening and we will always try to help. We are not very tough, nor do we have tons of restrictions or huge restocking fees mostly because we don’t have to. Our customers are usually happy with what they ordered and we don’t hear from them again till they want another set for another car. We are a small company and treasure our customers so let us know if you ever need help we will be here for you.

Installation

Sadly nothing we sell comes with instructions but its all-pretty basic. We include any bulbs that you may need that are different than your stock bulbs and same thing with the wiring. Most of these things can be popped in pretty quick, just an hour maybe less with a screwdriver or two. I always recommend a few searches on howcast.com and youtube.com for videos of how people and companies are doing it, you will find lots of info there as well as ehow.com just type in things like LED tail lights or Projector headlights and you will get tons of info!

Finally our "How To Install" videos page is also a great resource.

Can I use HID lights or LED bulbs?

Yes! You can use any bulbs in these you like and our sister site coolbulbs.com is a great source for these upgrades. An HID conversion is one of the most popular reasons people wander into this kind of stuff. Tons of our customers just want better night vision and more lighting performance and for that we just recommend a nice lower number Kelvin temperature HID Conversion and that’s it for your tail lights keep with the bulbs we include they will generally provide more visibility.

Are these lights legal for highway use?

Everything we sell is theoretically legal for use in the U.S. and they exceed the D.O.T.'s regulations for brightness and safety but some are labeled for "off road / show car use only." However, I have never witnessed the authorities remove a bulb to check for a D.O.T. sticker, have you? These laws are changing and some counties and states have more enforcement and some have much less it all depends. 99% of the time people put these in and are very happy with the light and looks and most cops never notice but you should check with your local authorities to find out first!

Halo / LED Headlight Wiring Guide

Q: What are these red/black or white/black wires for?
A: These are the electrical connections for the Halo (Angel Eye) rings and/or LED accessory lighting bulbs. They are just optional and not necessary to hook up.

Q: How do you connect the Halo (Angel Eye) rings and/or LED?
A: There are 2 things required to make the Halos and/or LEDs work. First, 12v power source, second a Ground. Watch a video here.

Q: Where is the 12v power source?
A: Any 12v power source can be used.  The most common source that most other tuners use is the parking lights. You simply tap the power from the parking lights, and now the Halos and/or LEDs will turn on with the parking lights.  However, there are several variations, which allow you to further customize your lighting. The Halos and/or LEDs may be tapped into the turn signals, or can be custom wired to turn on when you flash the high beams, or even wired to a toggle switch inside the car so that they can be turned off and on at your will. It is completely up to you! The power they draw is so low it really does not matter what you hook them to they will be fine. To bling or not to bling that is the question my friend!

Security Notes

We do not have the same level of computer security as the CIA - sorry. But I wouldn’t worry too much as most hackers target large databases of credit card numbers and not individual orders. It’s just not worth their time. Also, your info will never be shared, sold or pirated by anyone - we promise. Even if some nerd does get through to your credit card, your credit company will insulate you as that is their job. So find something else to worry about would ya!
